Your Responsibilities as a Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Project Leadership: being responsible for managing the delivery of a portfolio of projects to a high level of commercial competency, accountability, and quality.
  • Account Management: work closely across disciplines to ensure projects are delivered successfully, within budget to enable growth.
  • Business Development: be client-facing to promote business development and growth, while crossing selling our services and locations.
  • Team Development: embrace the company culture to develop greater teamwork and mentor/develop colleagues.
  • Technical Leadership: provide specialist advice to stakeholders and clients, while broadening your own technical, commercial, and legal knowledge.


What you can bring:

  • A track record of managing and leading projects across highways, rail, energy and utility sectors of the industry.
  • A member or working towards the Chartered Institute of Surveyors (RICS) or other recognised equivalent bodies.
  • Extensive working experience with common forms of Construction Contracts such as NEC, FIDIC, etc.
  • An excellent understanding of working to recognise industry best practices and standards.
  • An ability to inspire and motivate people to successfully deliver projects and unlock future talent.
