Senior Quantity Surveyor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning Property Developer at their head office in Beaconsfield.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a renowned developer working on exciting schemes across the home counties, reporting to the Commercial Director and Head of Commercial.
The company have two projects in mind initially, both in the Guildford area, and within an hours commute from the office. So, the incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor should be able to and happy to commute to both Beaconsfield and to site a couple times a week.
This developer have an impressive and stable pipeline of projects over the next few years and can therefore offer a long term opportunity with great opportunity for progression through the ranks.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- Experience working on residential new build projects
- Experience Estimating is ideal but not crucial
- Experience working with a developer or main contractor
- Experience managing Groundworks packages is ideal

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
- £65,000 - £75,000
- £5k Car allowance
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
