Senior Quantity Surveyor
A UK wide, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with a close-knit Quantity Surveying team in Hampshire, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside one their newly promoted Partners in Winchester.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Quantity Surveying team of 15 strong who work across an impressive portfolio of projects including a mixture of residential (student accommodation, build to rent, and mixed use), private education, health, fit out, and marine.
Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage a team of 4-5, with the support of a Partner, whilst also running projects from a quantity surveying and employers agent perspective.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally MRICS - if not, completed a construction related degree
- Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent background
- Cost Management / Quantity Surveying consultancy experience
- Pre and post contract experience
- Good management and client managing skills
