A Quantity Surveying consultancy on the Surrey/ SW London border is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an experienced and historic consultancy with a broad range of work for you to get stuck into.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be given their own projects to manage that sit across the leisure, high end residential, and holiday home sectors.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver a full pre and post quantity surveying service, report into the Partners, and work closely with clients throughout the process.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a construction related degree
  • MRICS is a bonus, not essential
  • 6+ years quantity surveying experience
  • Pre and post cost management experience
  • Client facing
  • Team player - happy working in a small, family feel practice
