Senior/ Quantity Surveyor
Exciting Opportunity for Senior/ Quantity Surveyor in SToke.
Join our clients dynamic team as a Surveyor and take a pivotal role in our clients business on a technically challenging projects. As the Surveyor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pre and post-contract strategies, managing commercial functions and overseeing contract reporting for a Tier 1 national construction company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the project commercial team, ensuring compliance with all contract obligations
- Oversee Procurement, Sub-contract orders, Managing Supply Chain, Measurements and Valuations, Contractual Notices, and Valuing Change
- Prepare and submit monthly cost reports, procurement strategy updates, and progress reports
- Develop and implement internal and external tender stages and delivery strategies
- Agree on external valuations upstream/downstream to maintain positive project cash flow
- Produce and agree on main and subcontract final accounts
Expected experience:
- Experience working on NEC contract
- Experience working on Healthcare, Educational, Leisure, Commercial and Residential.
- Experience working with a Build Main contractor Regional or National Tier 1/ Tier 2 Contractor
