A dual Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in Brighton are seeking a professional and reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor from a construction consultancy background.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for being a client lead and running fast paced leisure, hospitality, and commercial projects for long standing clients of the practice.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will report into the Partners and be supported by a strong group of Graduate and Assistant Quantity Surveyors with pre and post contract services.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying/ RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS would be a bonus, not essential
  • UK cost consultancy / cost management experience
  • Experience of delivering projects within the built environment
  • Able to commute to Brighton
  • Driving licence and car
