Senior Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning, multidisciplinary Construction & Property consultancy is seeking an ambitious, career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Plymouth office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The newly appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a Building Top 150 Consultancy, consistently recognised across the industry, with 9 offices nationwide.

Working across a broad variety of sectors in the region including Commercial, Retail, Education & Higher Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Leisure, Industrial, Private Residential, and Public. The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have no shortage of interesting projects to work on.

Reporting to the Associate QS and Director, the role includes managing key local commissions independently as well as covering projects on the South Coast of England and overseeing junior members of the team.

The role comes with fantastic long term opportunities for progression to Associate QS and beyond, as well as the chance to join a company renowned for their commitment Continued Professional Development.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS ideally or working towards
• Property / Real Estate sector background
• Strong QS background within a UK Consultancy
• Pre & Post Contract Experience
• Valid Driving License
