An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Main Contractor or Modular experience to join an Award winning Modular Construction company who pride themselves on building high quality buildings.

This company are an off-site construction company who have established a great reputation in the industry and consistently create high quality builds, which has led to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

In this role you will be based from home, working remotely with the occasional visit to the head office and factory that is based near Hereford. You'll be involved from inception, right through to completion. This will include budget control, acquiring sub-contractors and materials, arrange valuation reports and provide support to the commercial and site teams. You will ideally have experience within the off-site construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor who has a strong understanding and experience of costing and bill of materials. You will be a great communicator, who is passionate and driven to learn and progress.

The Person:

• Previous Quantity Surveyor experience in the Modular or Main Contracting
• Willing to travel to Leominster occasionally
• Full UK Drivers' License
• Ambitious, driven and great at communication
