Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Would you be interested to work on a large infrastructure project in a beautiful part of the country?

Our client is looking to add an SQS to their existing team to provide commercial support to comply with the procurement procedures for the package scope, quantification, tender method, negotiation and subcontract documentation.

They are looking for someone that has previous experience of

  • NEC forms of contract
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Identifying potential risks and evaluate options for control
  • Working to deadlines
  • Prepare documentation for dispute resolution when required
  • Assess and authorise certification for contract payments to sub-contractors


The relevant candidate will have

  • A degree / HND/ HNC or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
  • Previous experience of work on infrastructure projects
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
  • Driving licence
