Project / Senior QS required ASAP to run £15m Leisure Refurbishment project in South East London

This role is available on a freelance / temp-to-perm / perm basis and is for a major contractor.

They require a strong Project or Senior QS to commercially manage a £15m refurb of a Leisure Centre from precon (c.6 month period in their London City office) to close (project / site in South East London - duration one year).

The successful candidate will come from a main contracting background and have commercially managed their own projects, up to and including £15m - refurb experience is preferable but strong new build / construction background also considered.

The role will pay up to c.£400 a day on a freelance basis or up to c.£90k + package perm - temp-to-perm is also a possibility.
