The Company:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a boutique and prestigious estate agency in Chelsea who specialise in high-end residential properties in South-west London. Their independent agency offers a supportive and inclusive working environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

The Role:

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to work alongside like-minded professionals in a dynamic and rewarding environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the property management portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lettings administration, ensuring compliance with all necessary paperwork for tenancy agreements.
  • Manage tenancy deposit registration, renewal, and protection processes.
  • Coordinate property readiness for occupation, including arranging cleanings, inventories, and addressing special requirements.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system (Acquaint), ensuring all property folders are compliant and up-to-date.
  • Handle maintenance issues promptly, including scheduling appointments with contractors and clients.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and general diary management, including scheduling appointments and organising paperwork.
  • Sign up new suppliers, manage incoming post, and assist with administrative tasks such as drafting contracts and sending out invoices.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in property management.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
