SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Rainham, ME8

Salary:  £32k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A traditional, established Estate & Lettings Agency are looking for a competent and established Senior Property Manager to join their professional team.

Previous experience in Property Management is essential for this role, and the perfect candidate will preferably have ARLA qualification.  For this position, you will need to prove your comprehensive industry knowledge, a thorough understanding of lettings law and processes, have outstanding organisational and administrative skills, demonstrate strong communication abilities and show that you are confident and capable in terms of dealing with clients, tenants, suppliers, contractors and other members of your team.

Delivering superb customer services is a key facet of the role.

To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years’ experience in Residential Property Management, have a full UK driving license and be a car owner.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Property Manager role will include:

• At least 2 years’ previous experience in Property Management
• ARLA desirable
• High level of customer service skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Stay calm under pressure
• Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
• A confident team player
• Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
• Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
• Own car with full UK driving license is essential
