Senior Property Management Surveyor
A multi-disciplinary property consultancy who operate across the South of the UK are looking to add a MRICS Senior Property Management Surveyor to join their commercial team in the Bristol office.
The Senior Property Management Surveyor's role
The Senior Property Management Surveyor will be responsible for managing the day to day running of a commercial portfolio across Bristol and the South West, providing services on multi-let and service charge offices.
The main duties will include reviewing and enforcing of tenant lease compliance, setting, managing and reporting on maintenance and service charge budgets, liaising with other departments to ensure delivery of all services to the properties and the client.
The Senior Property Management Surveyor will need to work closely within other areas of the business, such as, other surveyors, facilities managers, property administrators and the accounts team.
The Senior Property Management Surveyor
- MRICS qualified is essential
- Experience of managing office buildings
- Client facing with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant act 1954
- Knowledge of rent reviews and lease renewals
- Aware of H&s legislation and compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication
