My client is a highly well established law firm located in the South Lakes area within the Cumbria region. They provide a range of legal advice to both private individuals and businesses across the region and nationally.

As they continue to grow and with continued influx of work they are looking for an experienced Senior Property Lawyer for the department at their office due to the imminent retirement of one of their team.

Applicants should be able to manage a varied caseload of Commercial and Residential files, with the minimum of supervision.  Ideally, applicants should have experience in unregistered titles, leaseholds, and transfers of part, but supervision and some training will be provided where necessary.

The firm deal with a very varied caseload, including residential and commercial conveyancing, transfers of part, the grant and variation of both residential and commercial leases, farm transfers and overage agreements.  Experience with all or some of these elements will be considered.

Salary on offer for this role is negotiable depending on experience ranging from £35,000-£60,000 with an achievable bonus scheme plus a host of additional benefits including fully flexible hybrid working model for home working and also happy to consider part time hours for the ideal candidate.
