Your new job as a Property Account Executive will be working for an award-winning Insurance Broker based in the heart of the City. This Broker specialises on delivering prompt and innovative service to clients as well as offering bespoke insurance programs for clients ranging from Private individuals to Multinational Corporations UK wide, who have access to all significant markets, including Lloyd's of London. Your new Brokers hold Chartered Insurance Broker status, awarded in recognition of their commitment to maintaining highest standards in many areas. Due to the substantial growth within the Property Team a position for a Property Account Executive has arisen.

Your new role
Working as a Property Account Executive within the Property team, your role will be a varied and interesting role providing administrative and technical support to Account Executive's, Account Manager's and the Property Division Manager. This is a varied and interesting role providing technical and administrative support, with responsibility for day-to-day management and development of a portfolio of Property clients, predominantly managing agents and private landlords. You will be responsible for working alongside Account Managers and senior staff dealing with clients from inception to completion, ensuring that cover is arranged correctly to comply with the client's requirements and to disclose all material facts to underwriters when broking. This role will include maintaining clients' policy portfolios including processing renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments, as well as actively seek new business opportunities. This role will also include the preparation of technical documentation.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as either an Account Handler, Senior Account handler or Account Executive handling Property Owners business either from an Insurance broker or Lloyd's Broker will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have experience in the servicing of clients. You will be confident in being able to deal with clients and your experience of working in a similar role is essential. This is a superb opportunity for a confident and highly motivated individual, who is organized, can multi-task and prioritise their day. You will also have good working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ideally progression towards Dip CII but not essential
