JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Integrated Project Manager

Location: Hybrid working 3 days in office/ 2 days work from home

Contract: 6month Fixed Term Contract with review to extend

Salary: Up to £60K depending on experience

I am working with a globally recognised association supporting them with finding a brilliant Senior Project Manager who can jump in and support the Head of Delivery. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable senior project management skills to work on a high profile Government Educational Programme targeting SME's across the UK.

Educational experience desired but not essential. Must have integrated experience especially across video and social channels.

This is working within a very collaborative creative team. The team promote work-life balance along with hybrid working and team incentives.

The duties:

• Oversee project management of the educational content platform
• Work closely with the Programme Director/LMS Manager/Head of Delivery in updates for the build, keeping all team members up to date on progress and key timelines.
• Produce all timelines for work and making sure project documentation is in place e.g SOW's/ Change Requests
• Keep track of finances / budget for the build via excel spreadsheet
• Oversee reporting data/ KPI outputs for the project on a cycle TBD
• Oversee updates to video content
• Lead on conversations with external stakeholders including Government
• Be a team leader across project management and creative and have worked in an environment of keeping external and internal teams up to date on progress, escalating when necessary
• Creation of presentations and provide concise papers to update stakeholders
