Senior Project Manager - NATO Secret Clearance

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with NATO Secret Clearance to fulfil the following roles:

  • Plan, implement, and manage projects, under the director of a Principal Project Manager.
  • Develop business case, starting from client requirements.
  • Survey Quality Assurance function.
  • Identify necessary resources and supervise teams.
  • Deliver projects within scope, time, cost and quality.
  • Mange Risks, KPIs, and Cashflow.
  • Inform Stakeholders.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor at University, plus five years of recent experience in Project Management.
  • Qualification in Project Management, such as Prince 2 Practitioner or PMP.
  • Experience in planning, design, system engineering and implementation of communication aspects of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems.
  • Experience in information system network design, switched multimedia networks.
  • Proven success as a Project Manager in Commands, Control, Communications, Computers, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience in Project Management automation (ServiceNow) and work collaboration tools.
  • Experience of NATO or governmental acquisition policy procedures.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Autonomous

  • Languages: English (Essential), French (Elementary)
