Working from home, you’ll project manage a caseload of home claims typically between £25,000 and £100,000 in value.
Your key responsibilities will be accessing customer properties using the latest video technology where appropriate, producing or reviewing, and agreeing accurate building repair scopes, single contact point for customers, client & suppliers for cases under your file ownership and delivering the highest technical quality / customer satisfaction whilst achieving maximum efficiency.
