Are you an experienced events professional who has experience creating and delivering a diverse range of events?

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading events and experiential agency based in Stockport, just outside Manchester, UK. With over a decade of industry experience, they have earned a stellar reputation for delivering extraordinary events and unforgettable experiences. Their dedicated team of professionals is passionate about creating immersive and engaging experiences that leave a lasting impact.

As a full-service agency, the agency offer a wide range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of their clients. From conceptualisation to execution, they handle every aspect of event management, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences. Their expertise spans across corporate conferences, product launches, brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns, and more.

Experience We Need:
We are looking for someone with:
  • A proven track record in end-to-end event project management
  • Strong client relationship management and supplier coordination skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and nurture professional growth
  • Proficiency in IT tools, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or Keynote
  • Outstanding organisational, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • A self-motivated team player who thrives under pressure
The Role:
As the Senior Account Executive, you will:
  • Overseeing assigned projects, managing them from inception to completion
  • Leading project elements and contribute to the success of large-scale initiatives
  • Collaborating on client proposals, budget development, and event concepts
  • Ensuring smooth venue site visits and manage the sourcing of essential event components
  • Coordinating crew logistics, accommodations, and on-site support for events
  • Communicating effectively with in-house teams, ensuring clear project briefings
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and share insights for continuous improvement
  • Supporting post-event evaluations and reporting
