The Opportunity:
In the role of Senior Production Supervisor you will have responsibility for the effective leadership of the shift production teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiencies and productivity is optimised:
  • Effectively manage the production team, including Shift Leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies with a proven ability to achieve KPI’s and targets
  • Very strong people management skills with ability inspire and develop a positive working culture
  • Strong communicator across all levels, with the ability to collate and clearly present data
  • Ability to influence, lead, support and coach 
  • Working days, Mon-Fri - there may be an occasional need to include weekends according to business needs

About you:
You will have an experienced management background within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with demonstrable skills of strong leadership, people management, and ability to influence positive culture.  You will have well developed communication skills in order to build effective working relationships, and in order to support the business in delivering targets you will be able to develop and implement improvement processes and lean techniques to a very high standard.
