Senior Product Marketing Executive

Personnel Selection are pleased to be working alongside this fantastic Andover based business who are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Executive on a permanent and full time basis. The role is hybrid and will require 1 day a week in the Andover office and the rest can be worked remotely.

The Senior Product Marketing Executive has deep knowledge of products, markets and its customers to optimally position the mix of print, eBooks and online learning platforms to target audiences across the Higher Education sector.

In this lively role, the product marketer has ownership of several product portfolios, planning and implementing strategic marketing plans for each portfolio, applying appropriate marketing activities to generate new sales leads and support the sales teams across the EMEA region. They work collaboratively with colleagues across the Marketing team to deliver effective campaigns and activities that align to business goals.

I am looking for a candidate with the following experience:

Work Experience and Skills

• At least 3 years in a marketing role, preferably involving product management
• Experience formulating and implementing a marketing plan
• Good PC skills with solid understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Social Skills and Proficiencies

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple projects and tasks at any one time
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A great communicator (written and verbal) who is able to work with many collaborators
• A great teammate
• Flexible, calm under pressure with an appetite to learn

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent qualifications relevant to the role
