Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Westminster, London

Contract Type: 3-month Contract (hybrid)

Salary: £600/day

Job Purpose:

The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of housing services. Responsible for overseeing the Digital and Innovation elements of the Housing Transformation Digital Programme, the incumbent will lead product management efforts, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product management efforts of the Digital and Innovation elements within the Housing Transformation Digital Programme.
  • Develop a clear, prioritised high-level roadmap, ensuring stakeholder engagement and accountability.
  • Foster a proactive approach to problem-solving and user-centric prioritisation.
  • Drive regulatory readiness by understanding and sharing priorities and using data and insight to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed a product-centric way of working across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management at a senior level.
  • Experience in local government or relevant public sector settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with national regulations/inspection standards is preferable.
  • Experience working with housing services is desirable.
