Senior Product Lead, Gaming

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Product Lead to help us build, launch and continuously improve the gaming experience on Ents OS. What you'll do:

• Work within the 'Beyond TV’ Product team to define next-generation experiences for our TV customers
• Lead the product vision & roadmap for gaming, building out platform capabilities and partner relationships to meet key targets.
• Embrace and understand capabilities and processes that enable the gaming experience on Ents OS devices. As the product SME you’ll lead and advocate for initiatives that deliver add value and enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with core product teams, globally, as well as Delivery, Architecture, Hardware, UX, Design, Development and Merchandising to manage the product life cycle and bring ideas to life
• Take ownership and accountability of large complex features and take them from discovery through to delivery and beyond.
• Support onboarding and launch of new partners and/or third party, owning the product relationship with the partner from initial concept to launch.
• Produce and use product and customer experience insights to frame and challenge hypotheses and ideas. You’ll make data-led decisions and prioritisation calls while always keeping the customer experience front of mind
• Understand the competitive market, stay on top of trends and regularly weave this knowledge into day to day work

• Proven experience in Product Management, preferably in the gaming space
• An entrepreneurial spirit! You will need to be a self-motivated, dedicated, quick learner who is high-reaching and able to work both independently and within a team
• An established background in leading large-scale projects across markets, multiple technical platforms, or a range of systems.
• A demonstrable ability to collaborate and influence multiple internal and external partners gaining alignment and sign-off as and when appropriate
• Expertise of working with large amounts of data and be confident self-serving on analytical tools
• A passion for high quality customer experiences and a genuine desire to convert complex problems into simple solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence colleagues and partners at all levels and across multiple business areas to drive collaboration and alignment.
