A leading consumer product manufacturer in Somerset is hiring for a Senior Product Design Engineer with a strong background in taking projects from cradle to grave.

You will be working in a creative and collaborative environment to cohesively develop and launch exciting new products.

It is a very exciting time to join my client as they are in the early stages of several exciting new projects and there are several progression opportunities for the suitable candidate.

About you:

• 4 years minimum in an engineering (design) environment

• Injection moulding experience

• Experienced in the full project lifecycle

• 3D CAD design: Solidworks preferred

• Sheet metal manufacturing

Bonus if:

• You have experience with stress analysis

• Experience interacting with outside suppliers
