Role: Senior Procurement Officer

Location: Devon

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public Sector organisation in Devon to recruit a Senior Procurement Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As Senior Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing procurements within Construction and Estates and Facilities.

Role:

  • Utilise knowledge and expertise to deliver commercial solutions to the organisation in line with all relevant legislation
  • Manage end to end procurement processes both above and below threshold
  • Support in the delivery of the departments commercial strategy
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Provide procurement advice and guidance to staff across the organisation
  • Manage contracts and suppliers

Individual:

  • Experience of public sector regulations
  • NEC or JCT contract knowledge
  • Experience working in Construction or Estates/FM categories
