Chase & Holland are proud to be working exclusively with a global Multi-Award Winning innovative I.T. company based in Nottingham who are looking to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager to join their team.
As Senior Procurement Manager, you will closely with the global supplier base ensuring strong relationships are maintained along with driving cost savings whilst also ensuring an efficient service for customers.

Senior Procurement Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing suppliers whilst also finding new suppliers were needed
- Work with suppliers and internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, commercial, contracts and product) to optimise joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenue
- Develop, monitor and adjust the strategy to continuously improve results
- Strategic planning and reporting to the SLT
- Be accountable for sourced and influenced revenue, supplier success KPIs, and retention and integration adoption
- Create and manage budgets and forecasts
- Continually refine program to increase revenue, retention, and upsells while operating more efficiently
- Hold regular service review meetings with top tier suppliers
- Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (Flexi time)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven and demonstrable supplier management experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
