Senior Private Equity Associate
We are looking for a Senior Associate who wants to be part of a cohesive and vibrant team in this leading London firm.
What the job involves
- Supporting the investment team with end-to-end deal execution process and asset management
- Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
- Developing and analysing financial models as well as assisting with due diligence
- Supporting asset management activities, including asset valuation, monitoring financial performance and preparing internal and external portfolio communication
- Managing Analysts/Senior Analysts/ Associates on the team
The Candidate
- The role requires an individual who has a practical, thorough and positive approach to problem solving, who is good with details and able to cope with pressure.
- You must be confident in liaising with individuals at all levels throughout the firm, enjoy acquiring new knowledge and be able to deliver difficult messages on occasion.
- The position would suit someone who has a working knowledge of private equity (PE) house structures, but what is more important is that you have a willingness to learn a new technical area.
