Senior Private Client Solicitor

A well-established law firm in Kent are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 Years + PQE with knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.

Duties will include:

• Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters.
• Responsibility for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work, Trusts and some Contentious Probate Work.
• Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
• Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation.
• Attending clients in their own environment as required.
• Responsibility for mentoring and assisting more junior team members.
• Maintaining good billings records within the team.

Required Experience:

• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years PQE with proven experience and knowledge in the preparation of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and matters.
• Self-motivated, self-confident and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to work with a full caseload in busy office under supervision.
