Senior/Principal Product and Test Engineer

JOB AD:

Senior/Principal Product and Test Engineer Netherlands - Remote, 1 week a month onsite

6 Month Contract - Highly likely to be extended!

The responsibilities include:

Cover the portfolio of Product Engineering in new product introduction and volume ramp-up

Product Engineering support for ATE test program development with in-depth analytics regarding yield, limit setting, trimming and correlation

ATE test program release according to automotive quality standards

Reliability qualification and PVT characterization according to AEC-Q100, AEC-Q003

ATE data analytics, pre-assessment and review with IC designers and product architects

Correlation of parameters between different ATE test stages and bench equipment

Improve yield, test time and eliminate test stages/temperatures according to exit criteria

Ensure industrial producibility, compliance with product datasheet and functional safety

To be considered you will need the following:

MsC/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

5 years of experience in semiconductor Product Engineering, Test Engineering or similar

Experiences in NPI from first silicon onwards, preferably also in the pre-silicon phase

Deep understanding of semiconductor ATE testing in wafer test and final test

Experienced in IC characterization (AEC-Q003) and reliability qualification (AEC-Q100)

Knowledge and hands-on experience with complex data analytics and statistics

Advanced skills in using state of the art semiconductor data analytics tools, e.g. Exensio

Experiences as project leader or technical leader for small engineering teams

Knowledge in semiconductor circuit design and process engineering

Skills in programming languages, e.g., Python

Experiences with requirements management is a plus

Experiences with semiconductor assembly and package technology is a plus

Understanding of RADAR/mmWave ICs and related test solutions is a plus
