Our client is a privately owned construction company that delivers complex building projects across the United Kingdom. They are currently on-site on their largest project so far in the North East of England and are seeking to bolster their planning team with the addition of a Senior Planner. Your new role

As Senior Planner on this project, you will be reporting to the Planning Manager and you will be responsible for a series of planning components of this large and complex project. You will be working on a massive project in scale and this will involve collaborating and working with a team of planners as you strive to ensure you support the operations team in achieving their ambitious delivery targets. This project has a significant potential for change as construction continues, so effective planning is absolutely essential to the success of this project.

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Planner with ambitions of taking their career onto a project of significant scale and complexity and really challenging themselves. The ideal candidate would be already working as a planner in the industry with experience of working on large complex projects. Our client is open to project background but deep knowledge of complex M&E packages would be ideal. Of course, a technical background in construction and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential.
