Job Title: Senior Planner/Associate/Associate Director - Strategic Planning

The Company

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a Property Consultancy who are looking at various levels to join the London office.

Candidate Requirements:

  • RTPI accredited degree or a relevant degree
  • Relevant Planning experience in either a local authortity or consultancy
  • Relevant experience in strategic planning
  • RTPI Accredited
  • Strong communication skills (verbally and in written form)
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the planning system
  • Commercial awareness
  • Competent user of Microsoft 365 products
