The Role: This role will support in managing search, display and affiliate activities and report to the senior digital marketing manager. Our paid activities reach customers at all parts of the marketing funnel, and you will support us in accomplishing this by partnering with external agencies as well as internal teams including commercial, brand and creative in setting the audience approach as well as planning campaigns which align with our broader regional objectives. We're looking for an experienced and proactive individual who can support in making recommendations to optimise and scale campaigns across performance marketing through bidding, budgeting, targeting, and creative learnings. We're looking for someone with strong presentation and collaboration skills as this position interacts with multiple stakeholders at different levels of the business on a daily basis across EMEA, US & APAC markets. Hybrid working applies to this role, meaning you can work 50% of your time from our beautiful office in Kensington and 50% of your time from home. Duties & Responsibilities: Search, Display, Affiliate · Primary focus: Paid search (SA360), Affiliate (Rakuten) · Secondary focus: Display (DV360), SEO · KPIs: traffic, sales, CR%, CPCs, CPA, CAC · Work directly with the senior digital manager and external agency teams to develop and implement innovative search/PMax and affiliate strategies to maximize performance and ROI across EMEA, US & APAC. · Responsible for monitoring spend phasing across all PPC, display and affiliate channels by region - strong excel user, experience in pivoting datasets and creating performance graphs fit for trade is essential. · Conduct thorough datafeed analysis to identify trends and opportunities within PLA/PMAX, affiliate and display ad formats. · Help manage the growth of the Affiliate channel, support our boarder team with the expansion of regional programs and ensure a mix of strong content, loyalty, reward and shopping portal partners to drive trade on a monthly basis. Knowledge of affiliate model and commission structures is essential. · Work with the creative team to ensure brand consistency on all ad copy, localised keywords and ad creatives. · Liaise with the agencies to keep at the forefront of how paid campaigns are optimised, ensuring the most up-to-date bid strategies, technology, platforms and tracking solutions are being considered. · Provide daily and weekly reporting on key metrics and summarise campaign/channel analysis to ensure KPIs are achieved. · Work closely with regional Mulberry teams to understand key territory objectives and consider these for channel optimisations and planning. Skills and Knowledge Required: · 1-2 years within a similar role, must hit the ground running with regards to paid search and affiliate. Experience with display and SEO is a plus, but not mandatory. · Agency background/experience preferred. · Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred. · Strong excel user, experience in pivoting datasets and creating performance graphs fit for trade is essential. · Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, copy, paid and commercial teams on multiple projects and prioritise responsibilities and tasks proactively. · Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced global retail environment. · Deep understanding of KPIs: specifically, traffic, sales, CR%, ROAs, CPA and CAC. · Familiar with datastudio, SA360, DV360 and Rakuten tools to monitor campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
