As a result of growth, this PE backed multi-sited organisation is re-shaping and looking to strengthen the People team by appointing a Senior People Partner. The role will lead and contribute to developing a positive culture within the organisation and embody the core values and the behavioural standards of the People profession; being principle-led, evidence based and outcomes-driven.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the Director of People and Culture with the development and delivery of the People strategy.

• Lead, manage and develop a team of high performing People Partners (x3), whilst managing your own Partnering role for allocated areas including support functions.

• Be a trusted Partner to Senior Leaders and Managers; collaborate to ensure alignment between operational priorities and the People agenda.

• Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager, Learning & Development Manager and Head of People Operations to ensure alignment between People activities and a joined-up approach to the development and implementation of related policies, procedures, and initiatives.

• Ensure that managers have access to information, tools and support to enable them to implement all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

• Oversee complex employee relations matters including but not limited to: disciplinary, grievance, capability, redundancy, TUPE and dispute resolution; escalate risks as appropriate.

• Take responsibility for People data across the organisation. Support with data collection and analysis to identify trends and develop informed interventions where appropriate.

• Represent the People function in all interactions including leadership meetings, working groups and other interactions.

• Deputise for the Director of People and Culture as appropriate.

Essential Skills:

• Level 5 qualification in Human Resources.

• Gained experience in a Senior People Partner or equivalent role.

• Strong People manager with the ability to effectively manage a geographically dispersed team.

• Evidence of building and maintaining strong professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience of collecting, analysing and using data to inform decision making.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Experience of developing and implementing new policies, processes and ways of working.

• Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, current trends and best practice.

• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage a demanding and varied workload.

• Experience of TUPE

• Experience with Microsoft products and HR Systems. Desirable Skills

• Experience of implementing a HRIS
