There is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a great firm in Cornwall. The company we are assisting is a very well established firm within the industry.

You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment where progression is strongly supported with a flexible working environment.

Details of the role:

  • Work with our planners to conduct detailed financial research.
  • £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports, which includes cashflow planning and product recommendations.
  • Research financial products and market trends to support recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in client meetings, offering valuable insights and solutions to help both client and adviser.

What we’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Paraplanner in the financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a big focus on detail.
  • An understanding of how to communicate as part of a team, put your viewpoint across and listen to others.
  • Experience working with an investment committee.
  • Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning are desirable.
  • R02 (Investment Principles and Risk) and AF4 (Investment Planning) exams are desirable.
