The basic salary range for a Paraplanner at this firm is up to £47,000

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and train Paraplanners and Administration staff.

Collaborate with Financial Planners on research, analysis, and client strategies.

Create Financial Plans and Suitability Reports.

Prepare documentation to support recommendations.

Engage in client meetings and follow-up actions.

Streamline paraplanning processes for efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered:

Hold a Level Four Diploma qualification or higher,

Proficiency in financial planning and compliance aspects.

Strong organisational skills under pressure.

Experience in report writing and market research.
