Join An Award-Winning Law Firm in Brighton As A Senior Paralegal

Are you an ambitious and skilled Senior Paralegal with experience in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, or Property matters?

If so, Emma at TN Recruits Law is actively collaborating with a leading Brighton based law firm as they search for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their highly reputable and award-winning team.

Experience: Previous experience in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, or Property matters is ESSENTIAL.
Location: Brighton
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (35-hour week)
Additional Information: Hybrid work model: 2 days office, 3 days remote
Salary: Circa £30,000
Benefits: 25 days holiday, Pension plan, Healthcare coverage, Dog-friendly office, Social functions etc.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Senior Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling new inquiries and client interactions.
  • Opening new files and maintaining accurate records.
  • Drafting various legal documents, including notices to tenants, claim forms, particulars of claims, witness statements, and more.
  • Instructing bailiffs and managing court-related communications.
  • Collaborating with clients, counsel, court, and defendants.
Qualifications and Attributes:
  • A law degree is advantageous but not essential; legal environment experience is valued.
  • Strong commitment to a legal career and a willingness to excel in the role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running.
