Senior Operations manager- Healthcare marketing

Fantastic opportunity for an experience Operations manager to join a buzzy agency in a newly created role to get everyone organised!

They have had successful growth so are looking to bring someone on board with a commercial mindset who can look at resource management, operations, systems, process and efficiencies

You will partner closely with the senior leadership team and MD, managing a traffic manager and potentially bringing in an Ops assistant in time.

• Permanent role
• £60k-£65k + Great benefits
• 1 day a week minimum in the Central London office (more if you wish!)
• Open to a 4 day week

The role:

• Resource management across design, digital & medical education teams
• Plan for longer term and pipeline projects to resource effectively
• Implement a new resource tool if you feel it’s needed
• Utilisation and burn reporting
• Supporting the talent team with freelance recruitment when needed
• Constant and evolving process improvements
• Support project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Work closely with the Finance director on commercials

The person:

• Experience working in a creative/ studio environment
• Comfortable with resource & project management tools, ideally experience in implementation
• Financially savvy is a must
• Experience with IR35 beneficial
• Team player- good at building relationships and working with senior leadership teams
• Experience within healthcare marketing a plus!
