Senior Operations Assistant

Are you ready to take on a fast-paced, multifaceted role that fuels our client’s global growth? Well, our client is seeking a proactive, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join their Operations team as a Senior Assistant! Please note the client would love this person to be onsite at their site near Tonbridge Wells on a daily basis.

In this key role, you'll work hand-in-hand with their Head of Operations to spearhead key projects that propel their expansion across the UK, EU, and beyond. You'll be at the forefront of implementing game-changing initiatives, making your mark in an environment where innovation meets sustainability.

What you'll be doing:

• Implement a cutting-edge Inventory management system (IMS)
• Forge relationships with new EU manufacturers and coordinate with their EU third party suppliers.
• Help facilitate warehouse expansion alongside the fulfilment team.
• Manage supply and production to ensure cost efficiencies and meet KPIs.

Requirements:

• Project management or Operations experience, ideally in food supplement manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP or IMS systems.
• A knack for cross-departmental collaboration and relationship-building.
• Meticulous attention to detail and superb multitasking skills.
• Flexibility, initiative, and a passion for wellness and sustainability.
