Senior Occupational Health Nurse Team Lead

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Team Lead to work in Hatfield, Hertfordshire on a full time permanent basis. The role is to provide an OH clinic and act as the deputy in the provision of a comprehensive Occupational Health (OH) service. The role will involve:
- To undertake pre-employment/placement screening, fitness for work
- Undertake immunisation programmes
- Participate in the management of inoculation injuries
- Undertake health surveillance as required.
- Provide initial confidential support and advice following serious incidents
- To manage own case load including case management relating to the management of absence attributable to sickness, providing advice and recommendations to both management and the individual concerned
- Provide direct line management to OH nurses
- Support with recruitment, clinical supervision and team development
- Support OH department in delivering cost effective services
To apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong occupational health and leadership experience. You will also need to have clinical experience doing case management,. health surveillance and immunisations.
Salary: £44,000 - £51,000 with potential to progress to £56,000 on archiving designated skill sand experience + Benefits
