Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Senior Neighbourhood Lead for a housing association based in North Manchester. The role is on an initial 3-month contract, paying £250 - £300 per day subject to experience, and will require office/site presence minimum four times per week.

Role purpose:

  • To manage the Neighbourhoods and Lettings Service through a period of change which will involve incorporating the Lettings Service into a generic model

What you need:

  • Experience of working at Manager or Head of Service level within housing management
  • Experience of project management / change management
