* Senior National Account Manager - £60,000 - £75,000 + Package - Hybrid Working based in South-East *

Futures are working with a well-known premium health & beauty business who are well-known in the market for their natural products. With an excellent reputation in the industry and a portfolio of products that are good for you and the environment, the business have been experiencing amazing account growth in recent years.

This is a very rare opportunity to join a brand at an amazing stage of its journey and have an impact from day one on a business that is focused on having a positive impact on people's lives and the environment.

As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing key, top tier accounts within UK and EU regions
  • Establish a successful sales growth strategy alongside driving new business
  • Build long term relationships with key retail partners
  • Own the budget process and forecasting
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
  • Working closely with shopper marketing on store activation and promotions to attract and retain customers
  • Travel to markets for meetings, networking & store visits

Key Experience & Skills of a Senior National Account Manager:

  • Previous experience of managing top tier accounts across UK and EU retail market
  • Experience and a passion for health & beauty/cosmetics
  • A flare for growing existing accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experience of working within Omnichannel environments, stores and online Qualifications
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • A passion for health & beauty and sustainability
