  • Their hero brand holds number 1 status within their sub-category and the business has been very active in the last 24 months bringing new brands to market
  • Offers power & scale of large International group, but operates as independent UK operation with agility of small business; with a committed team and a fun, family orientated and straight forward culture

The role:

  • We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior National Account Manager | Branded Drinks | Top Grocers across an important portfolio of big food brands
  • You’ll have full responsibility for leading the interface with leading grocery accounts. So being able to maintain a deep understanding of each retailer, their shoppers and strategy will be key to align for growth opportunities.
  • Building on a solid platform and relationships, they are now looking for a dynamic SNAM to play a pivotal role in achieving growth plans and to strategically develop the relationship further.

Ideal candidate:

  • For this Senior National Account Manager | Branded Drinks | Top Grocers role you’ll get by now, this is a key appointment and we need someone with a proven track record of delivery at Grocery Account Management; within a branded foods or drink business.
  • The portfolio comes with a degree of complexity (multi-brands, skus, promos, etc); so, individuals must have a strong analytical understanding, commercial modelling skills and have experience of leading sustainable change within teams or companies.
  • Naturally, this is a demanding role which will require drive, ambition, enthusiasm and creativity, combined with a high level of technical skills such as selling, negotiation, forecasting and commercial acumen.
  • A team player, but able to think independently and manage time effectively
  • Finally, you must have a growth mindset, real results-focus and drive to succeed in the FMCG industry, able to demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking, self-starter determination & that all important desire to deliver
