Senior / Master Technician

We are looking to recruit a Senior / Master Technician to join our client’s reputable automotive service centre specialising in high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair. If you are passionate about automotive technology, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Duties include:

  • Perform complex diagnostics, services, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models with precision and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.
  • Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment and technical resources to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and computer-related vehicle problems.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and manufacturer-specific repair procedures to ensure compliance with standards and deliver top-notch service to our customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties required.

The successful Senior / Master Technician, you will have / be:

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician, with a proven track record of excellence in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
  • Previous experience working on BMWs and Mercedes.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Certification as a Master Technician, Level 4 Technician, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software systems to identify and resolve complex automotive issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
