Senior Marketing Executive

Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office

Do you have strong marketing analytics skills?

We are working with a family owned business based west of Cambridge who are looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive, this is a brand new role to support the Marketing Manager and Executives with proposal writing, budget negotiation and general marketing responsibilities.

As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives across within the group. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, managing marketing content, and overseeing social media activities. Your strategic input and creative prowess will contribute to positioning the brands as industry leaders in sustainability and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Implementing group marketing campaigns
  • Propose marketing initiatives and secure funding from external partners
  • Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to launch new products and campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting
  • Assist in managing the marketing exec team

Skills required for this role:
  • Over 3 years experience in a similar role within senior marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
