Salary/Rate: £55,000 - £75,000 /annum + Private Health Insurance
Location: Hailsham, East Sussex
Contract: Permanent position, immediate start.

Overview:
  • We are rapidly expanding into new areas related to metal powders for Additive Manufacturing (AM).
  • The role involves ensuring timely project delivery, typically ranging from £500k to £5M, mainly for export, collaborating with sales, design, and purchasing functions.
  • Additionally, it entails a senior role in our suister operation
Responsibilities:
  • Lead project execution from design to installation, coordinating purchasing, manufacturing, and installation teams.
  • Utilize project planning skills for consistent planning, forecasting, budget control, and risk management, aiming for cost savings.
  • Opportunity for progression to a directorial position as the business grows.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Significant experience in building large-scale capital equipment.
  • Experience in locating and developing critical suppliers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide positive leadership.
  • Ensure health and safety across all departments.
  • Conduct regular production meetings and manage team performance.
  • Recruitment, performance reviews, and staff motivation.
  • Produce and maintain SOPs for manufacturing streams.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for excellence.
Additional Information:
  • Role based in Hailsham, occasional UK and overseas visits required.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel globally.
