SENIOR MANAGER - STRATEGIC PROJECTS & BUSINESS PLANNING

ABOUT:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and Manage all projects with Commercial and Marketing teams. Reporting into Marketing Communications Director.
• Responsible for developing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with the company's goals.
• Supervise and participate in the 360 action plan and development of the business with key stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
• Ensure excellent cross department communication at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in either Luxury Watchmaking business and/or Travel Retail.
• Proven capabilities to understand the market, identify business opportunities and structure a strategy.
• Strong Marketing mind and experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Collaborative working style and team player.
• High level of integrity and loyalty.
• Confident and comfortable working in a changing environment.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Expertise and skills within watches, jewellery and fragrance and advantage.
• Fluency in written and oral English required.
• Fluency in French would be extremely beneficial.

• £80k base salary.
