Senior Management Accountant

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Location: Shropshire

Remote working ( 1 or 2 days per month required in the office)

We are working with a large charity who require an experienced qualified accountant to join this prestigious and growing organisation.

This is a new position and the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills to advise non-finance stakeholders. In addition, the successful potholder will have:

Essential

· High degree of Excel and data management skill.

· Significant and relevant on the job experience within a senior management accounting role or similar

· Experience of process improvement

· Extensive experience of planning using financial planning toolsets.

· Experience of part of a delegated general ledger, period end close process and double entry bookkeeping.

· Working knowledge of taxation and business compliance matters

Desirable

· Business partnering/coaching experience

· Part Qualified Accountant with recognised body (CIMA, ACCA, AAT), and preferably working towards full qualification.
