Fabulous opportunity for a Finance Manager, CIMA, ACCA or ACA to join well established global manufacturing business in the High Peak. The role has arised due to an internal restructure and will play an integral part in supporting the Finance Director to deliver the accounts under UK GAAP Framework. The Finance Manager role is responsible for a small team and will ultimately take on company secretarial duties. Great supportive culture and lunchtime finish on a Friday.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Management of the Company Payroll System.
  • Produce and maintain Product Costings.
  • Management of Groups Banking Platform.
  • Maintain Cash Forecasts for UK Companies.
  • Authorising and ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
  • Credit Control Management.
  • Leading & liaising with annual stock takes.
  • Fleet Management.
  • Financial Audit preparation and providing support to the FD.
  • Manage EU Declarations, Grant Applications, Apprentice Levy and Cycle Scheme.
  • Supporting & Overseeing Subsidiary Management Accountants in the production of their monthly packs.
  • Providing Ad-hoc reports to non-finance staff members.
  • Company secretarial duties

The successful candidate will be based a the Head office and will work in a friendly and supportive enivironment.

Previous experience in manufacturing is advantageous and a high level of IT skills is a prerequisite particuarly Excel
