A well known leading employer based near Fareham is recruiting an experienced Senior Management Accountant on an 18 month fixed term contract with flexible hybrid working. Working as an integral part of a large management accounting team the Senior Management Accountant is responsible for delivering reporting, accounting and month end closing activities for a number of business areas in a timely and accurate fashion.

The key deliverables of the Senior Management Accountant include:-

  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Month end close work
  • P&L preparation
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Investigation of variances and trends

The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with a number of years’ experience in a similar management accounting role who is available to start on short notice and will commit to the 18 month contract duration. There could be opportunities for the role to extend or go permanent.
