We are seeking a highly skilled and experience Senior Line and AOG Services Manager in a permanent position on behalf of our client who, with their team of over 100 engineers, are looking for an individual who encapsulates their high standards and industry leading approach.

This company work alongside household names in the commercial and business Jet aviation industry to conduct maintenance and bespoke modifications from Phenom 300's to Challenger 605's.

This highly specialist and autonomous role will involve leading two teams of engineers over multiple line stations, keeping them to regulation and company standards. A successful candidate will be able to allocate resources efficiently and manager operational effectiveness, resource control and maintenance planning setting budgets and timeframes for AOG's - compliant to ITJC Part 145 regulations. This role will mean taking responsibility over aircraft inventory, stock control and quality procedures keeping them to part-CAMO regulations and keeping work packs recorded to time and legal constraints.

This role would suit an established Senior Line and AOG Services Manager that is looking to hit the ground running in the top company in this field, looking to establish themselves with like-minded professionals and strive to thrive in the upper echelons of aviation.

The Role:

• Responsible for the day to day running of the line station and AOG requirements
• Manage:
  • Operational effectiveness
  • Resource control
  • Maintenance management
• Responsible for Aircraft Inventory, stock control and quality procedures
• Keep part-CAMO and work packs recorded within time and regulation constraints
• AOG events planned and complete to schedule under ITJC Part 145 regulations
• Keep works within the capabilities of ITJC MOE and subject aircrafts associated state of registry
• Process and request resources and personnel when necessary
• Responsible for technical administration of client aircraft per NAA Regulations
• Familiar with at least one of the following jets:
  • EMB 135/145
  • EMB Lineage 1000
  • Legacy 500 (Preator)
  • Phenom 100
  • Phenom 300
  • Challenger 604/605
  • Bombardier Global BD700

The Person:

• Strong background in aviation
• Valid CAA Part 66 Licence and Part 145 recognise course
• Relevant engineering degree
